Peter Christopher goes beyond the minimum. Formal Education:in Connecticut ITA, TCI,  ITC, Becket Burners, Toco Heating, Puron and Freon EPA registered. Continuous Education: The State of CT requires a home inspector to maintain 20 hours of continuous education over a two-year period. Peter Christopher completed 90 hours in 2005,Along with 240 hours of hands-on education in 2006 .Plus 170 hours in 2007.

We tell it like it is. No sugarcoating, and no uncertainty. As a client you can expect to receive your home report within 24 hours of the inspection via an easy to understand emailed report which contains a picture of the reported problem(s).

We know what good customer service means. We are always willing to answer any questions during our normal hours of operation 9 am to 6 PM Monday to friday.And 9 am to 1 pm Saterday All phone calls will be returned the same business day.
